Serial, Season 1 and 3

Season 1

Serial was my first introduction to podcast before I became hooked. The first season of Serial follows the story of the disappearance of Have Min Lee and the involvement of her then boyfriend, Annan Syed. Throughout the season they interview

Season 3

I must admit that I could not get into the second season of Serial. I did try and pick it back up a couple of years later, but it didn’t grab my attention. I then moved on to Season three and I immediately became invested. In this season the team heads to Cleveland, Ohio and tells the stories of unique cases in the American courtroom.

In the Dark, Season 2

I am not lying when I say that this podcast woke me up! This season tells the story of Curtis Flowers who has been tried 6 times for the same crime. For the past 20 years he has maintained his innocence and won every single appeal. The podcast highlights some of the injustices of the United States court system.
